Understanding Surveys

To help validate your idea, you can include surveys on your page. These are useful for understanding what led a user to subscribe to your project, or the reason that they chose not to.
Surveys are displayed after a user has either subscribed to your project, or closed the sign up form. A different set of options will be presented depending on the scenario.
Sign-Up Polls
After entering their email address, a user will be shown the following options by default;
I want to use this product
I can offer help and support
I'm an investor
This is known as a Sign-Up Poll, because the user has just signed up.
Exit Polls
Alternatively, after closing a sign up form, users will be shown the following options by default;
It's not for me
I don't understand
I'll decide later
This is known as an Exit Poll, because the user has chosen to exit the sign up form.
You can add, remove and edit these options to suit your needs and tone of voice. Tap on the subscribe section at the bottom of your page in the editor, and scroll down to “Sign-Up Poll”.
You can view the results of your surveys by tapping the “Analytics” tab within a project. Scroll down to “Feedback” and you’ll see how many users select each option. Learn more about .
